Let's Go Jig Jog!

Hello sweet strawberries, how is your weekend?
Today is Sunday, the last weekend. Since tomorrow will be the first day to do our daily activities, for students will study at school and worker will work at their office.

Thus, let's make our Sunday useful to face Monday. Why don't we do some jogging?

Yeah, jogging! Jogging is a cheap way to keep our body health. No need to spend a lot of money. We only need a pair of sport shoes and trousers (or shorts) with a comfy t-shirt to do jogging.

We can do jogging anywhere we want, on our home, park or garden, or in a street near house. We can either do jogging on morning or afternoon, depends on what we want to be.

Yeah, by doing jogging we can shape our body as well as doing gym. As my friend said that jogging in the morning can shape the fatties into slimmies. Thus, many of the fatties do jogging on morning. Moreover, they can lose more weight if they do jogging in the noon, because when the Sun on the top of our head, it shines brighter than it usually do. Do that our production of sweat will increase. It means the more sweat they make, the more calories they decrease.

Yet, for those who wants to gain more weight, or wants to shape their 'less' body, they can do jogging on the afternoon or almost evening (4-6 p.m.)

So, let's do jig-jog, guys!
Healthy is cheap!
