Hello sweet strawberries, how's your day, today?
Well, today is the Moslem Great day, it is Eid Al Fitr Celebration day after a full month of fasting.

As usual, my mom cooked me many foods. Ketupat, opor ayam, semur daging, and many others. My mom is the greatest cook in the world for me. I love everything that she cooks.
But she dont like making cakes or cookies, it is too tiring she said, haha. Actually because I did not help her while making it :-P It because I cant cook. *oops

Well, happy Eid Al Fitr, everyone. My appologize for the mistakes that I have done. May The Lord grants us for having the celebration of Ramadhan and Fitr next year. Aamiin Yaa Rabb.

Day 3 #30DaysKKM

Hello sweet strawberries, this is our third day of KKM in this village. I am so exciting.

Today our agenda has not started yet. We just cleaned up the Balai Desa, a place where we stay. Our leader found a little snake in a pool in front yard. He took it into the bottle thereafter.

For our lunch, me and the treasurer went to a shop of the villager to buy some vegies and stuffs. We got tahu and kangkung only. Then we made it as tumis kangkung with tofu. Then one of my friend came after a day of permission not attending KKM. She was accompanied by her mom and dad. She also brought us some meals and fries and other things like soap, margarine, and etc.

Then after we got some bamboos from Pak Lurah, then we reconstruct the jemuran and made it better.

At night we did maghrib prayer together and then read koran surah Yaasin. After that we did a meeting to revise what we had and had not done yet in that day.

Day 2 #30DaysKKM

Hello sweet strawberries, this is our second day of KKM in this village.
Me and my friends went shopping for our meal this day. Two of us went uptown for sending proposal of financial join forces. The leader and the treaseurer bought some of equipments for our needs.

While shopping, me and my friends did some meet and greet with other citizen to socialize with them. They were very humble and gave us warm greeting when we meet them. They helped us with everything that we need like lending the tools such a chopper, harmer and so on.

We made something to put the clothes after washed to become dryer or we call it jemuran from bamboos.

Rain went down and stopped us for a while and then we decided to have a lunch. The member was not complete as usual. There are no lena, panji, olan, uwi, putra and poppy. So we ate without them.

The rain came and saturated the earth. All the clothes became wet thereafter. Then we stopped everything until the rain over.
We cleaned everythings up after the rain. The leader and the treasurer came with wet and dirty clothes because of the rain.

Then we did Magrib prayer together with the leader as the imaam of shalat and the females as the mukminin. And the female who did not pray was preparing the rice with the rice coocker.

The boys put some net to the ventilation to prevent the mosquitos and some other flies to come in the room, because the room is used by the females to sleep. While the females preparing the meals for our dinner. Actually we eat together and made the meal by those who responsible to do that in that day, but at that night everyone coocked themselves so they could eat what they want.

Day 1 #30DaysKKM

Hello sweet strawberries, how is your days today?

Well, as I am a sixth semester college student in my university, I am eligible to take KKM subject. KKM itself stands for Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (Students field study). I got a chance to be one of 62 group member. This group consist of 19 members, but then one of us change her group to another group, I dont know why. So now this group have 18 members, 12 female and 6 males. And me was chosen as the public relation of the group.

Then we get an opportunity in a village named Mander still in Serang Residence, my hometown. This place is located in kecamatan Bandung. It takes 2 hours journey from Pamarayan and 1 hour if we pass the way from Tambak.

This is the first day of us in this place. We enjoyed the journey and the society. They are so awesome. They treated us well. And we hope we can feel like we are in home, here.

There were not any specifict agenda in the first day. We just dropped our stuffs and needs and enjoyed the day.

Rapunzel Uncut

Hello sweet strawberries, how's everything on earth? I do really miss to post to my blog.

Well, I would like to tell to you about my schedule these weeks. I posted nothing because of the semester exam in my university.  Yet I have something interesting that I wanna share to you guys!

Yesterday, June 15th, is my favorite day. Why? Because it was so long for me not playing drama. Yup, drama! There is a subject about drama this semester. And the final project is to present our drama.

We chose the story of Rapunzel. We decided to use the available script from the internet because of the short-periode of the preparation before the show itself. The script was entitled "Rapunzel Uncut" by Mariah Everman. She wrote it so great that we chose it as our script. Thank you very much Mrs. Everman!

This story is different with what we know. She made it as a comedy drama which can shake everybody's stomach, and also mine.

There were only nine characters in this project. They were two narators (narator 1&2), townspeople (TP1&2), rapunzel, her parents, witch and also the prince.

And my job was as the first narrator who tell the story. And I do loveeeee my job at that time because I was the only one who can bring the script. However I did miss many part that I should be in. Haha, fool me!

Hi sweet strawberries, it's been so long I post nothing on my blog. I really missing you guys.

Well, These two days are a very busy days. I have many events this month, especially this week. ESA Carnival and Elementary School Trip. Yet I enjoy them all.

On ESA Carnival, my class won many competition. They are sing and retelling song competition by Ale, girls futsal competition by firdha milla risca ima cincha eci wawa etc, wall magazine competition by wallmagz committe, scrabble competition by ian, best costume and best supporter. The last two are the best champion that we ever got because we won it continually in this three years. It's a well done!

Today is the last day of national examination for my elementary students. Yeay! Finally I have done the all tiring-yet-fascinating day in these three days with others committee.

It is such an honorable for me to be chosen as one of the committee here. Well, well, my job wasnt as busy as others, I know, but I am proud can be part of them.

My students were really in doubt passing the exam, I know. I ever passed it years ago. I was stresful to face it, studied all night long, and I was sure they did the same as mine. But I am glad to know that they passed it as good as they could and I am definitely sure they had done it well.

Congrats my students! Keep praying, and everything will be what you want to be, insha Allah.

My Day

Hello sweet strawberries, how's everything on earth?

Well, today is my birthday. Anyone wants to greet me or giving prayers for me? No one? :v

Now I am 21 years old! I thank God for this feat – reaching this age happy, blessed and contented.Being 21 isnt as easy as the previous year as teen. Now I have to take my responsible as a young woman, no more young girl. Not just changing the way to behave but think as well. Lessen my ego and increase my responsible as human being. For that, I need you guys to help. :)

My God might not have given me all that I wanted, but at least He sent me all that I needed. And I am forever grateful that He provided me with a family that loves me so much, who took care of me, and stood by me, for all those times. With everything that happened to me with the past year made me value my life more.
Thanks to my family who stayed with me, fought my battles with me, who loves me for what I am, and for all that I will be. Thanks to my friends, real and so-called ones.
Nobody knows what this year will bring me, but with a family, friends and God, I know my life will never go wrong. He already gave me a wonderful brand new start for this year.

And also thank you for the great wishes, may God grant them all. And thanks for the surprizes, cakes and gifts. Jazakallah khairan katsir. Barakallah.

Let me tell you something...
Yesterday, my friends and I went to LPPM to submit the data. Yup, data of us. Because the data will be used for KKM (Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa), umm... I dont know exactly what does it stand for :p

We checked the names that available there. When it was my turn to check it. Something went wrong. I had no idea why my name was not appear in the computer. I was definitely sure that I had signed up my identity through the website.

I was so confuse knowing the news that my identity had not registered yet. While my friends had. Something must be went wrong. I was sure about it. The operator said that I had to wait till the next periode of KKM. It meant next semester. Oh my... Can you imagine how my feeling was? When you can join the first periode, then you cant and need to wait till next time. I couldnt stand for it.

The next day, as the operator instructed me, means today, I went there again after Jumat Prayer. Lucky me, the operator still recognized who am I and what I need to. He excused me to come in to the next room to meet someone who were facing the computer.

I knock the door and went in. He asked what I went there for, then I explained it as clear as possible. But his expression was not so good at that time. He thought that I was lying, I ought to have not register yet so that my data could not appear in his computer. I ensure him that I was not lying. Then he asked me to come and ask for his boss' permission.

I feel like a ball which was sent to one person to the others. But I just tried to follow the instruction. I came here and there, met one person and to one other person.

I came to a room which was located inside the previous man's room. There were three men talking with their positions. One was sleeping, one was sitting and another was laying down on the sofa and playing his Blackberry.

To be honest, I didnt know who I should talk to. There were three men and I didnt know who they were. And a question was sent to me, "Cari siapa?". "Cari pak kasubag, Pak." I replied. "Kasubag siapa neng? Kasubag data atau kasubag umum?" they asked again. Then I silent for a while, how stupid I was, why didnt I ask whom kasubag he meant. I said to myself.

Spontantly I said that I wanted to meet kasubag data. And the man was straight sitting in front of me. I explained what I went there for. They, then, suggested me to join the KKM terbuka with many other universities in Indonesia. And it will be held in Tangerang. I refused it gently and asked for another suggestion. They evidentally asked me to chose: to go to Tangerang after Idl Fitri, or Aceh in next month, or to Hongkong. Umm... Well I know the last choice was only a joke. But I couldnt accept them. I dont want to do KKM in a different time and place with my friends. I begged for their favor to let me join the KKM in the same periode with my other friends. Then he asked me to ask to kasubag umum, who was laying on the sofa and playing his Blackberry, for his permission. Oh my lord, again, I was dribbling like a ball.

While playing his BB, he permitted me to join the KKM on ramadhan period as other do. Ooh lucky me. Thank God! Alhamdulillah O:)

He asked me to type my personal data to the previous man I meet already. Then the man typed it for me. He said that I should tell it to no one because not everyone can get a permission like me before. I was blessed, Lord. Thanks for the favor.

The moral value that we may gain from this story is: to easily give everyone a favor if we want to get a favor!

What a Day!

Hello sweet strawberries. How's your life?

Today is the last day of midterm, for this midterm was only held whenever the lecturer want, as always. It was research subject. But there was a structured task to be done as the entrance ticket to join the midterm. And you know what? I did it on the eleventh hour of the deadline. Hahaa, that was bad of me who like to think less about the deadline. Dont do this at home, okay? ;)

Well, here I want to share you something that I really drives me tickled pink this day. Oh I have many care people in my surrounding.
When I was doing the exam, suddenly I got a bad mood. I really wanted to be alone and wont do any test at all. (well, this test was held without any supervising from the lecture because of it was such a take-home test, but exactly cannot be taken to home, just do it in the campus)

On the limit of the time, my mood was finally back but unfortunately there was only thirty minutes left for me to submit it. All of my friends has done it. They, then, helped me to finish it by giving some clues to answer it. Oh I am so proud having them all.

Feel (almost) Free!

Umm... Well. Well...
I finally pass one of lecture's final exam. This subject has no more examination (mid-term or final) to do except doing the teaching practice in the class, or known as micro teaching. And I have just passed it today. It's a YAY! Wohoooo, feeling so free yet I know that there are, still, many subjects that haven't been passed. Wish me luck! :)

Pinky Kartini

I do really exciting to celebrate this even with my students. This was the first time my school held this event. I was so curious what it would be like.

Unfortunately the rain fell down. All the agendas were canceled. But I  really happy when I could see all my little students enjoyed this day so much because they could be as a newborn kartini and kartono.

Prize! Prize!

Hello sweet strawberries, how's everything on earth?

Well, today is wednesday, as usual I have a teaching-practice-class on 11 a.m. And today was my friends' group turn. They performed it well. It was attractive because they provided some present for those who can answer their question.

Lucky me, I got the prize from them. Yippey, so proud! I know it was just a gift that was only two bars of chocolatte wafers. Yet I did proud, however I did not answer anything but my friend in pairs did it. Hahaaa. Thank you!

Umm, well. There was not only one class which asked us to do teaching practice but two: English for Young Learner (EYL) and Praktek Kerja Mengajar (PKM) or known as PPLK I.

Soon after the EYL done, there was PKM class after lunch time. Me and my group were as the supervisor for the group performance this meeting. And next week my group and I will become the performers. Of course, I feel nervous to practice teaching in front of my friends. Oh my lord! Help meeeeeee....

Can't Wait!

Hello sweet strawberries, how's your life?

I wanna tell you something. Next month, May, will be a fascinating month. Because on that month there will me many plans and agendas.
On the early of May, there will be ESA Carnival in my campus for about two weeks. The carnival itself has many agendas. There are many competition, such as speech contest, sing and retell song, lipsync, dance, scrable contest, futsal,  drawing, game competition, prince and princess and many others. I'll tell you on next post about it ;)

Besides the ESA Carnival, there are also national examination for my elementary students, oh my.... I feel nervous to face it, my students must feeling this too. I do really hope that they can pass it well. Aamiin.

On the middle of that month, the elementary school, that I work to, held a one-day trip to Bandung after all the exam passed. I wonder it would be fun having a trip with my students. Yeay finally have a trip after a very long and tiring job this year \o/ however will be tiring because it will take only one day trip.

Not so long after that, my English for Tourism (EFT) class will held a trip to Bandung, too. The trip will be on the end of May for four days and three nights. We will go there with five other classes that join the lecture too.

Well, I really can not wait to welcome May, my birth month. Oh May come to mamaaaaa :)

Crazy!

Today, Sunday 14th, is such a weird day. This night, almost 11 p.m., there was a girl came to our house. She was crazy girl. Umm.... She was actually not a girl not yet a woman. She wore a white veil and its inner. Yet she wore it in a wrong way. The inner was wore onto the veil. She wore a long shirt and blue trouser, if I am not mistaken.

My family and I were sleeping when she came. My older brother slept upstairs and the others were downstairs. My house's stairs located outside the house yet inside the fence. The fence was only two meters height.

The crazy lady, approximately 22 years-old, came to my house which was predicted that she got on the fence that night. Because it has been locked before. After she got on the fence and finally got in the house area, she went upstairs.

My older brother, who slept upstairs, felt something strenght when he heard water flowing from the outside of his room. It could be rain, he thought. Then he checked it to make sure that it was truly rain. Then he got shock after he found stranger was playing water there. He asked her to go but she did not want to go. He forced her but she cried out.

Then he went downstairs to get someone help. He asked our neighbour to help him to get the stranger out. She still won't go from there. After she felt that she was in trouble, she then went downstairs. She came in to our outside restroom, and went out. She was talking much that time until most of us woken up by her annoying talk. She talked with no content. She was just beating about the bush but would not go from our house.

All of us tried to make her scare so that she wanted to go out from our house. But it was useles. She did not want to go. She asked for a drink, and she got it. She said she did not like it. Of course it was just a fresh water. We asked her to go out after she drink it. Again, she did not want to move and be still.

Then my father scared her to water her, she finally wanted to go out with no content talk. She twitted much while going out. Oh, my.... What a day! Now I cant sleep no more :@

Welcome to Twitterland Mr. President

Well, actually he made it couple days ago but he typed his tweets today at 7 pm.
His first tweet was:

For me it is an awkward thing when he wrote "salam kenal" at the end of his first tweet. It is too cute to be true for a president :)) I am thinking like it was used when a kid wanted to introduce himself to his new friend.

However, we do not need to make fun of his tweets, for he has tried his best to tweet as good and humble as he could. You may see these photo taken when he tried to typed his first tweet.
Look! He thinks it hard, thus his eyes getting down while his eyebrow getting up.

Everything need Effort

Hello sweet strawberries, how's life?

Have you ever tried a quiz on social media before?

Well, I just tried to follow a quiz on twitter to snap a product that wore by two (contestants) singers. It was so hard for me to capture that momment which is rarely shot by the cameraman.

The product was a pair of shoes which was wore by two from six contestant there. Those pairs of shoes are so gorgeosly fit on them and looked so comfy.

Unfortunately, because of they were singing, the cameraman mostly shot their face (mouth that produced their voice), not their feet. So I got some difficulties to snapped it by my phone camera.

Yet I saw many of the other participants who joined the quiz could easily capture the shoes well. So, what was the problem? Didn't my phone camera work well? Or wasn't I a good photo taker? :))

That's okay, I enjoyed this much. This needs hard effort which is not easy for newbie to take pictures from television (moving picture). However I decided not to join the quiz because of I couldn't snap it well. :))

The Local Palace

Hello sweet strawberries, how was your life? Im sure you have got a wonderful day today.

Last Monday, my friends and I attended Seminar Budaya (Culture seminar?) in my university. This seminar mad a trip to go to Banten Lama. This place is full of history, especially for Banten Province. There are many historical places you can see here,  such as palaces, museum, old mosque, old vihara, and many others. You can get full information about Banten in here.

Unfortunately, the museum was closed because every Monday it need to clean up so it is closed every Monday. However, we enjoyed this trip so much. We could still enjoy the old destroyed palace. Yup! Palace! This is our palace. Kaibon and Surosowan palace. These are Palaces in Banten Province from our ancestry. However those palaces were destroyed on a war.

It was not my first time to visit this place, yet it was eventful and fascinating jurney, for we went there with many friends, not only classmates but also friends from other schools, universities, and organizations. We could meet and got many new friends from this agenda. What a good agenda Pandawa (a name of culture and art organization in my university) had made this year!

There were many participants, thus the committee prepared accomodation to get to Banten Lama. We went there by bus. There were five buses. We enjoy the trip as much as enjoy the way we got there along the road.

We loved the trip so much. We loved our togetherness, the jurney, the way we got there, the palaces, the mosque, the historical palaces, and many other things. We did love it much. Oya, we did also love the bus driver. Yeah, he was rock! He got us crazy during we were on his bus. Laugh of loud along the way there :D

Hello April

Hello sweet strawberries, hello April.
Okay, I know that it is late to welcome April, for today is the second week of the month. Well, I did not too late to greet this lovely month because we have many days left in April, for sure.

To be honest, I do not post something lately because of my health and condition. I did not even have a good move from bed. Staying all days in bed was borring. I used to do many activities all day long outside the house. But lately I couldn't do those things at all. Hemm.... Okay that was because of my fault.

I always persuade you all to keep our health by consuming good food and beverages. Yet I didn't applicate it for my own. Yeah, that was the wrong of me. You do not need to copy what I did.

So please guys, do not ever let your body and health be dropped. Be strong and face the life. Love you :)

Think to Teach

Hello sweet strawberries, how every is going today? I do hope you guys had an eventful day.

Today is Saturday, I went to an elementary school to teach English, as usual. I have been teaching since 2010. I just teach in three higher grade (grade 4,5, and 6).

Teaching is tiring yet fascinating job, for teacher need to know them well before teaching in class. I have a class which always drive me mad as a wet hen. I am confuse to teach in such kind of overload class. Yes, overload class. This class consists of 70 pupils which is actually should be devided into two or even more. Because of the lack of the class existance in this school, thus they are mixed in one room as one class.

This class, indeed, has different characteristics of each students. There are some of them can follow the materials but the rest need a super guidance to help them understand. I really dont know what to do though.

When I taught in a fast way, ones who can not get good understanding well will be left behind, but when I taught in a slow way, ones who can easily catch materials in a short time will lose their time to get the next materials.

This is a very challenging job to get them understand what I taught, yet confusing to use an appropriate way to applicate.

Any one of you can help me to solve this problem? Thank you :)

Weekend Surprise!

Hello sweet strawberries, today is Easter Day or Good Friday, and in my calendar this date is written in red color, means today is holiday. Yup! No activities like going to school/campus/work. Yeay!

Actually, I didnt celebrate it, for my religion against us to celebrate everything except Lebaran Days (Idul Fitri and Idul Adha). But I felt happy because it was holiday. Yeay! Yeay!

What was your plan, anyway?
I decided to visit my niece (2 months baby) in my sister home. I actually have one nephew, and four nieces. Yup, I have a very big family with lots of members in.

Unfortunately, I could not visit my newborn niece. Because I need to help my aunt to cook in the kitchen. To be honest, I cannot cook. I just helped her to cut and chop the vegetables and make some sambal.

This was a fascinating activity, for I can learn by doing. Yup, I directly practice how to cook with her. It was so tiring yet eventful. But I am glad I could give her a hand and ease her work.

Time flies, it was almost afternoon, too late to visit my niece there, I thought. I decided not to go anywhere. Then I took a short nap. Surprisingly all my nieces and my nephew came. Oh I felt so excited. I gave her a gift. She was so glad, umm... I meant her mother did :p

This is my gift, and this is my little newborn niece, Noyn. How cuteeeeee! Agree? ;)

Today is Thursday, and because of tomorrow is free day (easter day), means looooong weekend. Yeay!

So, what will you do on your long weekend? Doing some creative and things is such a grear idea. We can reuse, reduce and recycle things around us.

But today all I want to do is just enjoying my bread with my favourite jam, NUTELLA while listening to all my playlist in my phone.
What a day!

Hello sweet strawberries, good evening?

Have you got your dinner? Not yet? If you haven't got your dinner, I have a recommend food for your dinner. What is it? It is Pecel Lele.

Pecel Lele is Indonesian food that is famous enough. Many people like this food. This menu contains Lele and sambal that served with some vegies like kol, cucumber, and kemangi leaves as lalapan.

You don't need to worry if you dont like Lele, because this hut has another variant menu like chicken for Pecel Ayam. There are also additional food to complete your dinner, like tofu, usus, ceker, tempe, ati, kepala and ampela.

This is the first time I come to this hut, but I really satisfied. It is such a recommended place to visit. Located in Royal (in front of SMPN 4 Kota Serang), in Serang, Banten, Indonesia. This hut named Dapur Pasundan.

Hello sweet strawberries, how everything is going?

Today is Wednesday, yeay! I usually called it as WEDGESnesday. Because I often wear wedges to go out. Yet not for today. I just wear a pair of flatshoes to make it simple to go to campus, for my class is on the upstairs.

There is a history about this flatshoes. One day, I got my legs hurt because of the heels I wore. For I walked out so long with it. Then my friends asked me to buy flatshoes so that I can walk a bit easy and comfy.

Fortunately, I was in a city which has so many stores and malls. Because of rain, we then chose to visit a shoe stores near my friend's house. Then I finally found one suitable pair of shoes for my feet. I bought it and directly wore it and put my heels on the box of my new shoes. I was so bless to find a cheap and comfy shoes like this. It was cost only 25k (rupiah).

I know it is unbranded shoes like I  wear, but it is quite comfy to wear. I don't even care what branded of shoes/clothes I buy, I just care for its comfort and my pleasure when I wear it.

Today is Tuesday, means the second day of week. We've passed the first day well. Let's celebrate it! Yeay!

As usual, my friends and I do some group works after the lecture. We finished it almost evening.
After that, I went to a department store to buy my daily needs for a month, e.g. Bath soap, toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo, etc.

I was accompanied by my friend. She is very kind wanted to give me a help there. She always want to accompany me everywhere I want. She is a good friend.

Anyway, this store made an offer for those who can shop 75k (in rupiah), they will get 1 sticker. And if they can collect 50 stickers, they have a chance to get a doll for free. Yeah, FREE!!!

Fortunately, I could do that! I collect 50 stickers and I changed it for an Angry Bird. And in fact, today is the last chance day to change the stickers. This was the offer: an angry bird for 50 stickers. Yeay, how lucky I was. I chose the red one, because I like red and it is so cute.

I waited for the staff to find it out in that store almost an hour. There was also an old lady wanted to change her sticker, too. Then she was angry to the staff who took so long to give the doll. But I tried to keep calm and patient to wait.

Monday is not Monster Day!

Hello sweet strawberries, how was your day?

Today is Monday. How was your monday?
Today I start my lecture with a good condotion after a week feeling a bad health.

On Monday, I have only one subject for this day on 10:50, but I have to be in campus on 9:00 to do the group assignment. It was English for Tourism (EFT) presentation. We should make a kind of power point slide or brochure for the conversation between tourists and travel agent. I had no idea about the rule and systematic that the lecturer wanted, for I didn't attend the lecture last meeting because of late. Hehe...

Then it was my group's turn. We were chosen as the tourists and the other grup was as the travel agent. It was fun. I asked many things about the tourism places they offered. I acted as if I am curious about those places, but I definitely was. That was cool being curious and asking lots of questions and it was absolutely got in their hair.

The class was over in a very short time, though. Then I went downstairs and do another group works. Yes, works. The subjects were: Drama, English for Young Learner (EYL), Etika Profesi Kependidikan, and Translation II.

Today was tiring yet fascinating. There were four groups of different subjects I should join in. All of them wanted me to gather and do it with them. Feeling so overwhelmed thereafter.

I just worried of my body. It was already recover. Hope my immune system has been improve better than it was before.

So, keep your health, Sweety ;) No more Monday for Monster day :)

Let's Go Jig Jog!

Hello sweet strawberries, how is your weekend?
Today is Sunday, the last weekend. Since tomorrow will be the first day to do our daily activities, for students will study at school and worker will work at their office.

Thus, let's make our Sunday useful to face Monday. Why don't we do some jogging?

Yeah, jogging! Jogging is a cheap way to keep our body health. No need to spend a lot of money. We only need a pair of sport shoes and trousers (or shorts) with a comfy t-shirt to do jogging.

We can do jogging anywhere we want, on our home, park or garden, or in a street near house. We can either do jogging on morning or afternoon, depends on what we want to be.

Yeah, by doing jogging we can shape our body as well as doing gym. As my friend said that jogging in the morning can shape the fatties into slimmies. Thus, many of the fatties do jogging on morning. Moreover, they can lose more weight if they do jogging in the noon, because when the Sun on the top of our head, it shines brighter than it usually do. Do that our production of sweat will increase. It means the more sweat they make, the more calories they decrease.

Yet, for those who wants to gain more weight, or wants to shape their 'less' body, they can do jogging on the afternoon or almost evening (4-6 p.m.)

So, let's do jig-jog, guys!

What have you done for this earth and our water?
That is a question for us to think about. Sometimes we dont care about our environment, water and earth. At least, we do not damage them all.

Juice for Health

Hello sweet strawberries, how is your life?

It is the third day I am not in a good mood. For my condition is still the same as couple days ago. High tempherature, flu and cough.

I go back home at evening these days to do some individual and groups assignments. It is so tiring yet fascinating doing these activities with friends.

To build my energy I recently try to drink juice as my suplement.

And this is what I have today. Yup! A glass of red guava juice (without milk and ice). It was bought at my campus canteen. It is sooooo yumm yumm :9 try to have it then ^_^

Good Appearance Indicates Good Personality?

Hello sweet strawberries, how was your day?
I really want to share my good day today, but I am still having flu, sneezing and cough already. My activity this day is cool yet tiring. My bad tempherature and sneezing all the time annoy me so much, however, I have so much friends who care to me, really made my day yet they have the same problem condition with me.

Wearing a very formal outfit to campus to make me used to be a good future teacher. A batik shirt and a red veil and also black trouser made me so neat this day.

I have ever heard that good personality indicates good appearance. Is it true? Sometime I ever see someone wearing a nice and neat clothes yet he was yelling a very bad words in a public area. So, is it true if anyone say that a good appearance indicates good personality? I have no idea about it, then.

Every Pain Has Its Own Medicine

Hello my sweet strawberries, how everything is going this day?
I do really hope you guys are in a good condition. Since today weather is so extreme, especially in my hometown. It can change from a very hot weather to a heavy rain just in a minute.

I am so sorry not to post anything yesterday because of my monthly period has been coming. Oh, it was so hurt, my tummy was like a cloth which is being rinsed. Can you imagine? It was not as usual. I never get this kind of pain before. Anyone knows what happen to me? :)

Now, after a very long activities in my campus, and also the extreme weather, I got a flu. This is annoying, for I do sneezing all the time this day. By the way, I wanna share you something that I recently took as my medicine. It is not only a good medicine to heal my flu viruses, but also has a cute appearance.

Yes. This is Rhinos SR, (cmiiw in writing the name). You can find it in every drugstores but I don't know whether it is only in Indonesia or it is also available in every countries. Ask your doctor then ;)

This medicine is formed in a transparent capsule which has colorful sprinkles inside of it. Have a look! It is cute, isn't it?
